true to size
For some reasons I expected these to run small but they run true to size. Honestly I always thought I’m too big for a skirt or skirt won’t look good on me and these were game changer for me! It looks so good I think the quality is good too I got them on sale. Love love love this skirt

Poor quality
I was shocked when I received this due to the poor quality and the high price tag. It’s literally a thin cloth with a slit on the side. Poor structure, unlined, completely see through and huge! I ordered my usual size in reformation but due to the structure of the skirt, it did nothing to my shape. I was really looking forward to receiving this skirt but sadly I will be returning. Don’t waste your money. It seriously looks like a cheap forever 21 skirt.

It Took a Skirt to Boost My Self Esteem.
Material is light and airy which was a plus. I'm very conservative in my dress apparel and I thought at first the side slit on the skirt was going to make me feel uncomfortable. On the contrary, I felt very comfortable since it is on the side and it stops perfectly on the upper thigh. Since I've been working out so much for over a year my body had gone through drastic changes. When the slit opened up a bit a sneak peak of my leg showed and confirmed all the determination had paid off. I feel this skirt gave me the incentive to proceed with my exercise and feel more confident in my body.

Classic, well made skirt
Let's start with the important stuff: I'm 5'5.75", 123 lbs, 29" waist and 38" hips (measuring around the fullest part of my bum) and size 2 fit perfectly; like a glove. This was my first Reformation skirt; I really couldn't understand the price for what it looked like, which seemed to be a single piece of thin fabric with a simple side slit. After wearing it, however, I think I understand. The fabric is just thin enough to be summer appropriate, but has enough weight to it that the flow is very nice. The seams in the skirt are placed in such a way that it really lays nicely and there is a side zip for easily getting in and out of it. Yes, if the sunlight hits it behind you, people may realize that you are in fact smuggling a pair of legs under this skirt but, really, who cares? They're legs. Not surprising. And it's not as if the stripes on your undies are going to show through. The length is a bit longer on me than pictured, but still above the ankle. This skirt is not going to hold you in; whatever your shape is, that is the shape you will be in this skirt. That being said, this skirt has such great movement and is such a classic pattern that any shape would look good in it. I'm really glad I got it and I intent to wear it to death.
