Cynthia High Waist Relaxed Jeans

I love these jeans, the weight and feel of the denim is what I was accustomed to wearing from the time I was twelve-thirty years old. I am so impressed with this company as well as these jeans, the denim feels exactly like my long gone, beloved Levi 501's. If you are the kind of jeans girl that wants stretch and comfy pajama feel..then this is not for you. However, if you have missed or never felt real 100% cotton denim, then this is your golden opportunity. These run slightly small, I wear a 25 in most jeans and based on the description which said to go up one size, I bought the 26, I should have bought my regular size. 100 Medium weight denim(which this is)stretches and relaxes over time, it molds to your body(booty)that lycra, Lyocell, polyester, etc. could ever do. The rise is high and that can take a period of adjustment(literally)if you have a large waist and/or not used to wearing this construction. For me this was too wide throughout the leg and did not show my small bottom to its best advantage, I did order a pair of Reformation jeans from their website, I bought the Teigen style, long(33" inseam, it's about time), a true straight leg, fitted through the waist, hip, bottom and best of all....a button fly.

I was sooo excited for these jeans. Did my research and sized up. I am soooo sick of companies making up sizes that aren't consistent with what the consumer expects. It's capitalist, siz-ist be and really needs to be focused on more in the fashion industry. My legs fit fine and the hope were beyond tight. Couldn't even button them. Really disappointed with this brand and probably won't patronize it at all again in the future.
