ReDimension Hydra Eyes Quartet

The Midnight Bloom contains shades that flatter hazel eyes and fair skin. With a light hand, the eyeshadows provide a lovely wash of color. But, if you care to, the eyeshadows can be applied for more color pay off as well. The shades can be layered or worn alone. They did not crease. I did apply an eyeshadow primer. Another wonderful RMS product!

I received an offer for this product in exchange for a written review. Although I heavily rely on reviews to make my purchasing decisions, I rarely give reviews. I have to really think a product is exceptional before I would recommend it. I told myself I would give an honest opinion rather I liked the product or not. I have green eyes and try to purchase eye color that will help them pop. A lot of products put emphasis on blue eyes, but green eyes are a lot harder to work with. Usually eyeshadow will fade on me and seemingly take my eyes with it. I honestly didn’t expect it, but this product is very kind to green eyes. ReDimension Hydra Eyes Quartet in Midnight Bloom goes on soft giving you the ability to stay with that soft look or continue to layer allowing for a dramatic look. The colors are pretty true to what is shown online. To make my choice, I went by how the colors looked on the models. The brush that is included works great. Wetting the bristles allows you to use the colors as an eyeliner. Applying the colors wet also makes the colors seem to go to a deeper, brighter level. The colors go on smooth, silky, starting out like a powder, but ending up with a gel look. Anyone worried about too much of a shimmer, do not worry, this product creates a “glow. ” I’m not sure how to say it, but when you’re out in the sun or in certain indoor lighting, you will see this “glow” that takes on a dimensional appearance that seems to highlight the color of your eyes and not your makeup. I’m in my 60s and do not want to appear like I’m “trying. ” I just want a subtle, natural look that highlights my features. This product hits that criteria perfectly.

I went with Midnight Bloom palette and the colors really complement my eyes and hair! The formula is really smooth and you can wear the colors naturally or create a more dramatic look. These will definitely be my every day go-to!
