I wish it came with more critters but it’s so cute and well made. Comes with a lot of furniture too which is always a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cozy Cottage Starter Home for Calico Critters is a wonderful playset that encourages imaginative and hands-on play. It's the perfect size for little figures and includes charming details that make it feel like a real miniature home, which really brings storytelling to life. The pieces are sturdy and easy for small hands to move and arrange, and it keeps my 4-year-old fully engaged for long stretches of creative play. It's become a favorite in our house and a great starter set for building a Calico Critters collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the first of my four-year-olds growing collection of calico critters. There is something so vintage and lovely about these classic little toys and characters. The muted colors and traditional look in feel of the home is a great break from super bright, super loud, traditional toys. My daughter loves the character and taking the character through all of the different rooms in the house. The house is good quality, and we could also swap in some of the other calico critters accessories that we have. The only thing I wish was that it was more portable because of the size and shape. My daughter likes to carry it around, but it does not have a handle and everything sort of immediately falls out when she picks it up, so I wish it had a back cover and a handle, which would make it more portable.
