Megan Nylon Tote

Tote material is a bit thin. I can see the shape of the contents showing on the outside of the bag. The snap is a complete dud, doesn’t even stay closed, so my bag contents are in full view. But it’s spacious enough to accommodate everything I need. I like the luggage sleeve in the back of the bag that allows me to secure the tote on my roller briefcase.

I ordered this purse on-line and when I received it, I was extremely disappointed to find that the front of the purse was scratched and some of the color (I ordered the silver/pewter color) on the bag was missing as well. I am really surprised that one of Nordstrom's employees thought this bag looked new, or good enough to send to one of their valued customers. Now I have to take it to Fed Ex to return it and I still don't have a purse. Just disappointing.

I ordered this purse on-line and when I finally received it, it was damaged. In fact it looked it has been used, and then put in a box and shipped to me. Honestly, I cannot believe that anyone at Nordstrom looked at this purse and decided, "Yes, let's ship this off to one of our good customers!" I am more perplexed about that than anything. There are scratches on the front of the purse and color missing on the front as well. I'm not sure if the pictures show that are not, but that is the case. So now, I have to print out a label and shlep it to Fed Ex to return it, and I still don't have a purse. Am I happy? NO!!!!!!
