Rebalancing Elixir with CBD

I normally have oily skin and a very oily T-zone. I don't normally use moisturizer, but I felt my skin was getting a little more dry this winter, maybe because I am 43 now. I have been using this first thing when I get out of the shower at night. I don't understand the rationale behind the odd application instructions, but I do it anyway. i have been noticing that my skin feels refreshed and more moist after applying this product. I wait several minutes before applying my nightly tretinoin cream. So far, so good. No breakouts and softer skin. I will keep using until this free sample I received runs out. I may not purchase again because it's not affordable for my budget.

The elixir does not irritate my dry skin, it does feel good when applied, it does not dry my sensitive skin. I just don't see how it is important to include in either the day or night routine. I still need to cleanse prior to it and apply a serum and a moisturizer after as it is not enough on its own to hydrate or protect the skin. In addition I have to wait for it to dry out before applying other products. I got it as a gift with purchase, I don't think I would ever pay for it.

I've been using this Rebalancing Elixir for about a two months, give or take. I feel like my skin is starting to look less red on my cheeks. I have been very consistent, using it morning and everything. My face feels very soothed and comfortable afterwards. There is no smell. The texture is watery and I'm really starting to like putting it on with my hands as the directions indicate (that was weird to me at first). The formula is gentle on my highly sensitive skin. Again, I don't see as much redness on my face but I haven't notice a difference in my skin's texture and brightness yet. I am thrilled with the vegan ingredients and I LOVE using a product with CBD. The packaging is absolutely beautiful and can be recycled. This is a small business who puts a lot a thought and research into each product they develop. I love supporting small businesses, especially ones that are health and earth mindful.

I am a big fan of Sk-ll essence so inevitably compared this product to that one. I already believe in starting my morning routine with this step. I have used other Perricone products and noticed a similar scent.. kind of an organic almost gamey scent that lingers, similar to Cold Plasma. I think because of masks the scent may be more of an issue. The product provides a soothing, calming base for following products, leaving skin balanced and refreshed. I received this product to test but am incorporating into my regime even as a way to stretch out my more expensive essence.

I wasn't sure about this product when I received it. After using it for a couple of days I was hooked. My skin tends to be on the normal to dry side. After washing my face, I put two shakes of the elixir on my palms and rubbed them together then pressed it onto my face and neck. It is very cooling and refreshing. It absorbs into the skin very quickly. I found I didn't need to follow with a moisturizer. My skin felt hydrated and the feeling lasted throughout the day. It also seemed to help even out my skin tone reducing some redness I live in Florida where the humidity plays havoc with my makeup. Moisturizers can feel really heavy on my face. I think this will be a great alternative for hydration in the summer. I would definitely recommend this product and based on how good the elixir is, I will probably try the cleanser and the other items in this hypoallergenic CBD skin therapy line.
