What it is: A lightweight primer that acts as a foundation for all your other styling products.

Who it's for: Ideal for those with wavy (2A, 2B, 2C) or tight (3A, 3B, 3C) hair.

What it does: It will add moisture, help define your curls and leave your hair soft and never crunchy, and is good for priming curly hair for styling. It's formulated with aloe leaf extract from Japan that contains vitamins, amino acids and minerals that help moisturize, condition and add shine shine, while pequi fruit oil, sourced from Brazil, helps to smooth the hair cuticle to increase smoothness, amplify shine and reduce frizz. Hydrolyzed quinoa protein, harvested in Peru, silkens and smoothes the hair while sealing in moisture to help soften and nourish.

How to use: Apply to damp hair and comb through for even distribution.

Use with other products
I enjoy using this with a gel based product for my 2A-2B wavy hair. I first use this all throughout wet hair, scrunching through. Then I apply a gel and scrunch that through. Then I plop my hair into a t-shirt for 30 minutes, take it out, diffuse with hair clips at the roots, and when it is about 85% dry, I leave it alone. I don’t know how much of that is due to the effectiveness of this product, but I have noticed that when I pair this with a non-moisturizing gel, it looks great!!
