Raye Crystal Heavy Base Martini Glasses Set of 2

I received this item through USPS which shipped from New York to Florida. There was no special packaging, no bubble wrap, no "handle with care" or "glass" posted on the box, just two glasses in a flimsy box inside a cardboard box. Both glasses arrived broken. Why would this company ship glassware like that? Why would they mail it through the USPS? Waste of time and money.

These glasses are perfect - the size is just right.

The glasses were beautiful however 1 of the glasses were chipped right on the lip of the glass. I haven't tried to return it yet but i ordered it in mid November for a Christmas gift. I hope i can exchange them, as i really do like them but would be happy with a store credit.
