What it is: A vivacious berry scent inspired by raspberry ripple ice cream.

Fragrance story: Tangy redcurrant lifts the blend, softened by the delicate touch of powdery white musk. Berry decadent delight. Fresh juices of raspberries and redcurrants swirling through creamy white musk. Inspired by scrumptious raspberry ripple ice cream on a sunny day at the British seaside. It's vivacious and enticing.

Style: Fruity floral.

Notes:

- Top: redcurrant, blackcurrant

- Middle: raspberry

- Base: white musk

How to use: Like perfume or eau de toilette, cologne is a fragrance designed to be worn on the skin. Spritz generously onto your wrists, neck and pulse points. Your body heat will help to diffuse the scent as the day goes on. After applying your cologne, avoid rubbing or dabbing skin. This breaks down the fragrance, causing it to wear off more quickly. If you prefer placing fragrance on your wrists, be sure to reapply after frequent handwashing, as this tends to rinse off the scent. Replace the fragrance after 12 months. Expired perfumes more than a year old lose the integrity of the original scent. Jo Malone London colognes are meant to be combined. Wear this fragrance solo or layer with another to create a perfume that's personal for you.

Best scent for the summer, this was right on time !!! I was so impressed by this perfume! Not only did it smell amazing, but it was so long lasting! This product was gifted by Jo Malone London in exchange for my honest review. I thought the scent was too light. I had to spray so much to be able to actually smell it and it fade away so fast. The scent is okay. It smells heavily like alcohol. I thought I would like it, but I’m not a fan at all,

Not what I expected
Not what I expected, the name Raspberry ripple is a little deceptive. I thought this was going to be sweet and fruity, but it’s spicy and musky. The notes are Redcurrant, Raspberry and White Musk. My first thought, this smells like my father in law, definitely gender neutral. Smells good , just not fruity. Complimentary from JoMaloneLondon

Not gourmand, unfortunately
Snatched this up so fast—and was so disappointed. It’s fresh and musky for sure, not sweet, not a gourmand, doesn’t feel like the ice cream theme fits AT ALL. Wish it had a hint of vanilla or was more fruity.

perfect for summer
I purchased this after trying it in store, and I immediately regretted not buying the larger size (which I’m going to do now). This is a delectable summer scent with good longevity: 6-8 hours after application and I can still smell it. It smells fruity, floral, and sophisticated: like an adult version of the BBW scents we loved as teens. It’s subtle and sophisticated enough for the office but also playful and fresh enough for casual daily wear. I probably wouldn’t wear this in winter or to a formal event, but it’s become my daily driver in summer. I was puzzled by the number of reviews that called this a “unisex” fragrance because it reads very feminine on me, but I suppose it is different on every person and to every nose. To me, it’s a scent you would want to get closer to; warm, joyful, and bright. I hope they continue this as part of the permanent collection. If it helps, my other faves are English Pear and Freesia from JM, Glossier You, Miss Dior Perfum, and Chanel Mademoiselle, so if you like those you may enjoy this as well.

Weak fragrance
I tested this in the store on paper and the opening was sweet and I could get a nice whiff of the raspberries - I liked it. Then, I sprayed my arm and it was light, so I wound up spraying it 4 times until I could really smell it. I did purchase it because it was selling fast and I did like it. Fast forward after 3 hours I could still faintly smell it, after 5 I couldn’t. It’s a very light fragrance. I am still contemplating to keep or return. I just wish it was made a little stronger.
