Skinny Stretch Jeans

I tried these on at my local Nordstrom today and was impressed with the fit and overall look, but not as wowed by the fabric. This is a great staple dark-wash skinny jean, and the contrast stitching gives it a clean look. It also runs true to size - I typically wear a 25 in R&B (I'm 5'7 and 120 lbs), and the 25 in these fit me best. However, I was bothered by the feel of the fabric. Typically, R&B jeans are 98% cotton/2% polyurethane, which is a softer denim that molds to your body. While these have a great fit, the different composition (64% cotton/34% polyester/2% polyurethane) is noticeably not as comfy if you own other R&B pairs. It felt stiffer and a bit scratchy. I ultimately went with a different pair, but still thought the look of these was great, even though the feel was not up to usual par.

I read some of the other reviews and decided to go down a size - I usually wear a 27 but bought a 26. They fit but were a little to small - returned them for a 27. They are now my new favorite jeans! Can't wait to try another style - It helps me when people but their height and weight - I'm 5'6" and 130 lbs and wear a size 4 in pants.

The 'Bedford' skinny is my third pair of jeans from Rag and Bone. I really love this style's dark wash and its slimming effect. This skinny is one of my favorite pairs due to its stretchy material; thus, it accommodates curvier bodies. These jeans go with any look which I love. I suggest buying your normal size due to the stretch. I hope Rag & Bone continues to create these stretch jeans because Rag & Bond is my new favorite denim brand!!

I have not bought a new pair of non-flare jeans in *years* because I can never find the right ones... until these!! I was initially put off by reviews saying these are too legging-like. While they aren’t super thick, they are definitely jeans and not leggings. I aam not thrilled that the front pockets are non-operational, but I am going to just deal with it because the jeans are so fabulous looking!! I’m an in-between-size person. My bigger size fits great out of the box. Here’s to hoping they hold their shape / don’t stretch too much!!

I usually wear AG and love them but they have a limited selection in size 23 so looked around and found Rag and Bone and fell in love. They fit incredible. For reference, I am 5'2" and 93 pounds and the 23 is a perfect fit. What I love most about them is that you can wear them all day and they don't stretch out, yet are super comfy. Love them and highly recommend.
