Mercer Wool Jacket

This jacket reminds me of the Slade in the style of fabric …wool stretchy and so versatile. Love love the pockets looks a little dressier on …yet another classic piece that will be worn year after year . I have the Slade in mostly 2’s and I purchased this in that size as well and fits similar to model, and I can still layer underneath without compromising the fit. Just a classic and so ready for fall and winter to wear. Love it !

This is such a great piece! I am a fan of the Slade blazer and have a few so I almost passed on this one but am so glad I didn’t. It is shorter than the Slade which I like being 5’4”. Like the Slade, this is a sweater-like blazer. If you are looking for a structured, more traditional blazer this isn’t it. That is what makes it so good and incredibly versatile though. It can be dressed up or worn casually. I liked it so much I bought the army when it went on limited time sale so now I have both black and army. It is a perfect transitional jacket.

I bought this for a recent trip to Paris. I wanted something stylish and warm to dress up or down. This was perfect. I bought one size up from my usual size to be able to wear as a jacket or blazer if needed. It wasn’t too big although my usual size would’ve been fine too, I wanted it to be on the roomier side. So glad I purchased this and it will be a wonderful addition to my fall / wonder wardrobe, can be dressed up or down. I highly recommend this, worth the price
