Do Not Put in the Dryer
I liked the shirt enough to buy it from Nordstrom despite my initial experience when I bought the shirt directly from Rag & Bone. Despite instructions indicating that the shirt can go in the dryer, it cannot. We only use a gentle, low heat, short drying cycle and the clothes come out damp and we air dry them. This shirt wrinkles terribly and it shrank after the 2nd washing and is unwearable except by someone a fraction of my size. To be clear, I originally bought the shirt from Rag & Bone. It's been 3 weeks since my request for them to stand behind the quality of the shirt. They have yet to do anything about it. Based on past experiences, I have every confidence Nordstrom would have treated me better than Rag & Bone from a client service perspective. If you choses to buy this shirt, do Nordstrom and yourself a favor. DO NOT put this shirt in the dryer!
