Amazing eye catcher!
What can I say about this watch. It’s absolutely beautiful for starters. I personally own several luxury watches (Oris, Omega, Tag, ect.) and this one seems to be the most unique. Because Rado is not as well known in America, people will definitely see the watch, and ask questions about it. I picked this one off when it was 25% off, and felt it was one of the better deals I’ve gotten this year. Highly recommend!

Salesperson attitude problem
The watch looked fine except it had a scratch on the back and the crown. I ended up returning it because it was not worth paying the whole price for it. I asked to switch it to 37mm and color white. Instead, I received another blue dial which was bigger than the first one 43mm, and not automatic. This time when I returned, J, Stephen had an attitude. He was playing on his phone and I was the only customer at that time. I started asking him some questions about how it happened because clearly, the computer showed 37mm with a white crown. This guy was rushing me to finish the email confirmation for returning the watch and shushing me as if, he was confused about the simple words that I used; I decided to ask him which part you don't understand. In my opinion, he should not be working in customer service at all. Every customer is entitled to an answer as to why the order was incorrect. Some salespeople at Nordstrom are not great English speakers, but at least they are courteous. J. Stephen is not a good representative for Nordstrom.
