Spiritualize Dry Shampoo Mist

This is hands down the best dry shampoo I’ve ever tried. As someone who works out very frequently, and is drenched in sweat by the end of the workout this product is a lifesaver. I can’t always wash my hair everyday and this keeps my hair looking CLEAN & FRESH!! Yes it is pricier than your average drug store dry shampoo but it’s worth it!

I honestly had low expectations of this product, but tried it because I was sick of nasty aerosol dry shampoo fumes and ineffective, chalky formulas. This has a nice and subtle (somewhat spicy) scent that I like, and it actually works! Rather than taking my hair from greasy to grimy like most dry shampoos, it actually does feel cleaner. Would I skip washing my hair for 7 straight days because of it? No, but it does allow me to go 2-3 days between washes without my hair looking noticeably greasy. My scalp is fairly oily, so this is pretty impressive. I've never experienced such good results from a dry shampoo! I work long hours and work out a lot so being able to not wash my hair on a daily basis is a really helpful time saver.

I am completely shocked with this product. I initially hated the thought of having a wet product put on my greasy hair. I always thought that it would look even worse but I've been using it for a week now and I still don't feel the need to wash my hair due to grease. I will because I'm a hygiene freak but not because it looks like my hair is wet. Other than the initial wet feel, I'm in love with this product. PLUS, MY HEAD ISN'T ITCHING AFTER A COUPLE DAYS OF USE EITHER!

So I love the idea of not using an aerosol can for much dry shampoo. But in general the best dry shampoo I’ve ever used is either DryBar or Living Proof sprays. This is a strange beast and maybe I’m still figuring out the perfect amount or technique to use. It definitely works, and does add some volume. But the best way to say how it works is that when I use this, my hair starts out at the beginning of the day not looking quite as good as if I had used DryBar’s dry shampoo, BUT at the end of the day, my hair will look the same, whereas using DryBar by the end of the day my hair will get greasy again. So some positives include: delivery method (no pressurized can), long lasting throughout the day, and I feel like this small-ish bottle will outlast a typical dry shampoo can by what seems like twice as long. Downsides include price. If I can get into a groove with it, I’ll definitely repurchase.

I got a sample of this and honestly thought "this is dumb and definitely won't work". WRONG. What the heckin heck. It actually works. Like really well too. My roots tend to get oily, plus I work out four times a week. But I sprayed this on the oily parts of my hair, and took a blow dryer to it and I was honestly confused how well it worked. it's so much better than traditional spray dry shampoo. Spray powders just feel like they sit on top of my hair but this seemed like it actually absorbed some oil, but then the dirt and oil was carried off by little, tiny, invisible cherubs once the liquid from the spray evaporated/is blow dryed away. Just guessing that's how it works. Seems like that could be it cuz there is no other possible explanation.
