We all love flossing teeth now!

We never used flossers before, but had to buy for my daughter’s braces. Works amazing, has 2 power setting - softer and stronger, my daughter 7yo loves it, she adds her kid flossing liquid with water and mix for better “taste” Good to clean even the hardest areas in braces too. No mold or corrosion or whatsoever others said in comments - keep it dry after use! Even 7yo can manage it. Using 4months every day

Mold

Extremely moldy in less than year. Always emptied and left open to dry. Mold visible, additional in internal components and unable to be sanitized. Beware of mold.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Here are our recommended cleaning tips: Once a week: 1. Turn flosser off and unplug 2. Run warm water through your flosser (aim into your sink), then let fully air dry. 3. Wipe the exterior of your flosser with a soft, damp cloth. Once a month: Use a bottle brush and warm water to gently scrub out any lingering build up or residue. Important: Never run the device with hot water

Great...until it breaks

Worked great until it totally stopped working, 6 months after the warranty ended, didn't even get two years use out of it. I've cleaned it and charged it and the motor keeps shutting off.

Nice except for the non-removable water tank

I like the overall design and the usability of it, but the fact that the water reservoir can't be removed for actual cleaning is a very poor choice. Why it can't be detached for cleaning and even replacement is a mystery to me. Because I need my dental equipment to remain clean, I'm replacing this with the Philips flosser, which does have a detachable tank.

The magnet that holds the flosser tip rusted and completely disintegrated after only about 6 months of use. If it wasn't for that this would be a great product. I was about to buy another one until I realized plentiful less expensive options exist.
