It's a Keeper!
I wanted a warm, water resistant jacket for a spring cruise on the Baltic Sea, in between a raincoat and my heavy down jacket. This jacket was perfect. It kept me warm and dry on cold, blustery days. It's lightweight, and I was able to fold it and scrunch it into my carry on bag. I'm a size 2, XS. I ordered both XS and S and found the XS too tight in the arms/shoulders. The Small fit so much better, plus I had room for layers underneath without restriction. So happy with this purchase..
