Color off

I bought two of these scarves to match colors in a dress: one navy (beautiful) and one "teal." The "teal" scarf is really seafoam green or sage green in color. I got in touch with the manufacturer (SilkSilky) who told me that the color was distorted online. This was weird to me because both on the SilkySilk site and Nordstrom site, the color is clearly teal. In person, the color is clearly sage green. Beware! The navy scarf is a true bright navy. Very pretty. I only gave a two star rating because of the discrepancy in the teal scarf shown and the not teal scarf I received.

A must have!

I've wished for years for a beautiful, plain white silk scarf. This is so versatile. It is as luxurious as it claims to be. I've ordered several more just in case it becomes unavailable in the future. Wish it came in other solid colors.

Excellent customer service

I would like to amend my review to add that the customer service department at SilkSilky has been exceptional in rectifying their error for me. And though I didn't get the color I originally wanted, they ultimately made things right for me as a purchaser. I highly recommend their company for the extra care they put into satisfying their customers. Not to mention that these scarves are truly lovely and fun to wear.
