Épure North/South Leather Top Handle Tote

Purchased this bag and used it two times. During the second use, the stitching behind one of the handles came undone. Looked closer and it seems the stitching never made it through both layers of leathers (handle into bag). Nordstrom did great taking care of the issue and refunded me. The bag itself is very cute. It is a decent size for essentials, bummed it did not work out. Afraid to try again for quality issues. Also, I wanna add that I purchased the bag from the Longchamp boutique inside Nordstrom’s. The person ordered it for straight from Longchamp.

Missing crossbody strap, leather on bag felt nice but without the strap it’s kind of useless

I purchased because I love the novel green color. Too many compliments on the color to count. However, what I learned is what a great shape and size.

I paid more for my Longchamp bag in Nordstrom than the brand original price. I didn’t go back to store to return it just because it was a gift from my husband
