4 Smart Fragrance Diffuser for Medium Spaces

I received this as a gift. I have had nothing but problems and try to contact customer support with Pura. I have never experienced worse customer service than I have with this company. If your Wi-Fi isn't exactly on the right band or if it's too far away from the router, or it's not in the right plug, they always had a reason why it was not their fault. And there is never anybody to speak to. Everything is through email I would never ever recommend this product to anybody not to mention the refill on the oils are crazy expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Pura 4 as a gift for a loved one after having received one as a Christmas gift from my son. I absolutely love it! I was always looking for those electric outlet plugs with aroma bottles but the scent would quickly fade, leaving me to replace the bottles too often. That got expensive quickly. The Pura 4 has been the answer to that dilemma because you can control it through the app. I get to decide how often it turns on, the strength of the scent, and a bottle of aroma lasts much longer than the store brands I had been using. My first bottle lasted over 30 days and that was using it daily, sometimes twice a day for a few hours at a time. And I really like the option to change the glow light to whatever color I like. So glad my son gave me my first Pura because I’ll be using it for years to come!

My husband, who is not always observant, often comments on how amazing the house smells. Very easy to setup and monitor for the right schedule for your home.
