Lovely Lavender

This Puma has a nice Ortholite insole, making shoe comfortable. To keep looking nice I spray with leather protector (water,stain repellent).

horrible service

I never received my shoe. Nordstrom got some wonky carrier and they never delivered it. I’ve never experienced such horrible service and seriously thinking of closing my account over this. I got the run around for almost 2 weeks when it was supposed to be 2 day shipping. I’m highly disappointed as this shoe is now out of stock.

horrible service

Cute but runs short

I got these for my daughter originally in 8 and had to return for 8.5. These run at least a half size small in length. I'm a 6.5/7 and the 8 almost fit me. My kid likes some room in her shoes and the 8 fit with her toes touching. They are extremely cute and comfortable when you get sizing right.

Wanted to like these :/

I really wanted to like these!! They run super small, I’m usually a size 9, ordered a 9.5 and wished I ordered a size 10. They also are too wide on my feet, so the elastic bunched up when I tie them. Plus the pair I got had a bunch of goopy glue on them. They just didn’t live up to my expectations, so I’ll be returning them.
