Speedcat Ballet Sneaker (Women)

I recently purchased the pink speed at supposedly on the picture it is a soft pearly pink leather texture and white lines on the side with pink elastic straps on top how ever when I pick up my package the color is nothing like the picture at all. The upper is suede pink (not soft pink) and the straps are pink and white. Why would anyone put a picture of a pair that is not the right model??? So deceiving and false information.

The salesperson “ Bobby” was rude and pushy. I was interested in these shoes in person but I noticed they didn’t have the color I wanted. I was just gonna check other stores but then Bobby approached me and asked what I was looking for but I explained they didn’t have my color. He said why don’t I just try them on and maybe we could order them. I was hesitant at first to order them because I really wanted them right away. He gives me a silver shoe in an 8 and then leaves and goes far off by the shoes and starts talking to a big group of salespeople just standing around laughing. They were kinda far and I did want to check other stores. I stayed sitting down and even stood up to see if Bobby was gonna come back check on me because what am I gonna do with this box? I didn’t really want to go and interrupt the sales peoples group giggles. I simply took the shoes to the cashier and said I didn’t want them. I left went into the mall and tried different shoes and then went back to Nordstroms in hopes try on a bigger size and maybe order online. Well I went back and Bobby was acting like he didn’t see me when I came in and then I asked someone to help me find a size and then I was told “Isn’t Bobby helping you” ? I don’t know is he? That was like an hour ago and now no wants to help me because I left the first time?? Then Bobby comes and basically denies me says “they don’t have it in my size in that color sorry” doesn’t even offer to have me try a different shoe color in that size, so then I asked someone else. “Do you have this in a 9” and then I got “Isn't Bobbi’s helping you” From a different salesperson. I can’t escape Bobby at this point. I really told the salesperson “No, he’s not helping me and I said that Bobby said “they didn’t have that color but I just want to try the 9 to possibly order” Sure enough Bobbi comes out. “Oh, I’m sorry you want to try them in a 9. I’ll see what we can do” then he comes back and says yeah we don’t have them in a 9 and I said “well I wanna try any color in a nine so I can order them online” He was definitely trying to get rid of me but I came to the mall to get shoes and that’s what I’m gonna get. Bobby heard out that I was going to order them and pay for them right now and his demeanor changed. I’m not trying to waste my own time or waste his time but if someone wants to try on a shoe, don’t treat them like crap thinking that they’re not going to buy anything. I came back the second time so he could get commission off of my shoes for him to be completely rude. I’ve been working in customer service for 10 years and we’re always told about Nordstrom’s and Nordstrom “amazing” service yet this is what I get is crazy. That whole group of rude sales people just clustered laughing around as if I was a joke because I left and I didn’t want to purchase shoes at that time, that didn’t even fit me and he didn’t wanna come check on me after getting me that pair. Don’t pressure me into trying on a shoe size if you’re not going to take care of the customer.

I purchased the pink ones in an 8.5 after reading reviews that they’re kind snug. They were huge, so I returned for a 8 and tried on diff color and store and felt snug. When I received the pink in mail few days later in my true size 8, it still felt big! I’m going to keep but so confused on the sizing!
