I love the shoes they are light weight and the brown shoestrings are the best. I also have to say how easy it was to return for the correct size. This was entirely my fault, put in the wrong size but it was simple to rectify.

Ordered Puma; outlet shoe sent

I ordered the brown Puma sneaker ( 9.5W/8M) from Nordstrom but received a Nordstrom Rack labeled outlet shoe of poor quality and without the original tags and box. If I wanted outlet quality, I would shop there. Beyond disappointed with the lack of full disclosure about what was being offered. I have stopped shopping at this store over the years given the poor quality of merchandise received (and then returned). This is another example. Also, the shoe I received did NOT run large as several reviewers have reported, which further indicates to me that an inferior quality shoe was sent to me.

Runs large!

I’m almost always a 6.5 (sometimes go up to 7 for running shoes or pointy flats.) I ordered a 6.5 and I’m used to that equating to a size 37 European sizing. The shoe and box equate a US 6.5 to a 38.5! So I’d say these run 1.5 sizes too big. I’ve just reordered a smaller size and we will see how that works! Otherwise cute. Good price for this brown trend compared to other options.

Runs very Big

Really wish Nordstrom had the option to exchange, especially for those of us who do not have a Nordstrom nearby. As these shoes are very large. I usually wear a 9 and ordered a 9 and I can definitely size down a 1/2 size and probably could do a full size down. Really hate having to purchase again and wait for a refund for the first pair!

Actually men's sizing

These shoes are mislabeled. They are actually the men's sizing. I usually wear 9.5 in women's Puma but those were huge. That should be around 40.5-41 euro size. The box stated this was euro size 42.5 which is a men's size 9.5 according to Puma's men's size guide.

love them but

they run a full size too big. I will be exchanging for a size 6. they also have a wide footbed, which i don't mind.

Pressed down on toes

The shoes ran about a half size too large compared to my normal size. Even with room at the end of the shoe, the top of the shoe pressed onto my toes. The brown suede was a really nice color and feel otherwise...so disappointing.

runs large in length

I order my normal size 7 and found it to be nearly 3/4” past my toes. I have to reorder in a smaller size. Trying a 6.5 but honestly may need a 6! Beautiful color and style for fall.
