Looked and Felt Cheap and It Is Not

The material was incredibly heavy and felt cheap. For the price, I was hoping for flowy, spring fabric. Then trying to try it on with a giant ribbon on it was horrible. I understand brands don’t want their clothes worn then returned, but I couldn’t even open the belt without breaking the ribbon. I’ll not get this brand again.
