Dress is fine, Nordstrom is NOT

The dress is cute and true to size. NOW, I got the dress heavily discounted, but that should not mean the quality of the item or service should be diminished. I received a dress with a broken elastic piece (the one that fastens the button in the back on top of zipper), and it also had the security antitheft device still attached. So many times the items I received from Nordstrom and also Nordstrom Rack come in upsetting used conditions. Embarrassing quality control.
