Great AG's
Proteges always fit good. This style seems to have a slightly lower rise. Doesn't matter. Just something I noticed. They're very soft. The material is a little warmer than other AG fabrics of the same weight. The black color is very black, saturated, looks great. The material seems very durable. Nothing else to say. Excellent.

Not Made in USA
I bought these because the others I have are made in USA, but these are not.... Lesser quality, sending back.
If you find the Made in USA ones, they're better. These aren't worth it.

For AG Protege Wearers: Watch the Sizing
I own about 10 pairs of AG Prote's ... Typically, you can always count on AG for consistency in sizing despite variation in materials. My 33X34 is always just that...
Unfortunately, AG broke suit this time around. The material is very soft , but far too much stretch for my taste. Maybe that is why these AG's are almost a size to big.
I even tried the 32X34, These fit snug so i just scrapped the experiment to minimize my losses.

cool pants
great pants for my husband who is slim....bought another gray pair...he loves them....just buy the nordstrom slim shirts and that makes a versatile outfit for the man who is not into fashion but wants to look good....if you know what I mean...hahaha

Very good quality pants
I'm 5'10, 158 lbs and usually wears 32. I saw some of the previous reviewers comments and ordered a 30. It was too tight and I had to exchange it for a 32, which fits perfectly. So I would say it's true to size.

Best casual pants!
These are by far the best pair of pants that I have owned. I bought two pairs at first, in tan and dark brown, and ended up buying a second pair of the browns since I wear them so much. I wear them dressed up for work or down for the weekend and they work great either way. They run a tad large and the inseam is long. I am 6'0 and need them hemmed an inch or so. They wash up perfect just as soft as the day I bought them. Buy as many as you can, you'll never want anything else!

Pjs anyone?
Im an AG jean/pant enthusiast.In my experience,nothing beats them. Quality,amazing fit, incredibly comfortable, and snug fitting bringing out your best 'Assets' without being cheesy. Lightweight denim with a just a bit of spandex for easy movement and comfort. I have them in black,tan and regular darker wash denim.They are refined enough to wear at dressier occasions,that might not normally be appropriate for regular denim jeans. Yes,they cost more but definitely worth it ...great overall value!
