Stopped working after two years, TWICE
My first protective clean toothbrush stopped working after just over two years. Philips provided a replacement handle to me. The replacement handle has now stopped working just over two years again. The toothbrush is good when it works but the longevity is extremely poor.

What I dislike is that there are no replacement part numbers listed anywhere on the box, inside the instructions, or on the website. I'm looking for; replacement toothbrush heads, along with batteries.

Ok, but not great.
This model is great at first. But it doesn't last long enough for the price. Mine is completely shot after 13 months. It isn't the battery this time. Instead, it has a strange vibration and doesn't have the power it had before.

Excellent brush, recommand!! But...
