Replaced Tampons for Me!
I'm OBSESSED with the Proof thong - I bought a bunch to wear under my workout clothes for a little extra protection, but I ended up using them throughout my period. The absorbency guide says they replace a tampon, and I have a light to moderate flow, so these are perfect for me. I wear them just like regular undies, one pair for the day and change at night before bed. Wash like normal delicates - cold water, hang dry. SO easy and have probably already saved me a ton in cost of underwear + period products already.
FYI - I normally wear a size 25 in jeans, and bought the small in these.

Had hoped for better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's true they protect against leaks, but the liner is so stiff that it's irritating to the skin. Even after a few washes.

Workouts Just Got Better!
I love being able to jump rope for workouts but I typically pay the price later because sprinkles happen haha Tried the thong out with my workout leggings and I felt WAY better knowing my Proof undies had my bum covered! I still felt dry down there even after my workout and as an added bonus I didn't have the "sweaty cameltoe" MAJOR WIN!!

Perfect for working out
I love these. They are so perfect for running and the light days of your period. I don’t like wearing tampons near the End of my period because the hurt so these are perfect for that. Such a game changer

You need these!
Proof has answered our problems! No tampons, no problem. I was shocked when my undies held a tampon-less period for the whole day. These are a must for any woman’s underwear drawer! Oh and rest assured, it’ll hold a sneeze too ;)

Proof makes me feel sexy & protected!
This brand is hitting it out of the water! I recently ordered the black briefs. Not only do I feel protected like never before. . I also look and feel sexy in the them! My partner was all over it! Great fit and so comfy!

These are great for wearing under leggings, you can’t see them under lululemon aligns. I wear them on light period days and on regular days. The front is slightly padded so they don’t move around and make me feel more…secure lol.
