ProBond® Luxe Professional Clad Stainless Steel 3-Quart Soup Pot & Steamer Set

After returning home and checking on my steamer situation to replicate the restaurant experience, I knew I needed an upgrade. I have a few Hestan products, so I checked out their steamer. Wow, it looked great. I ordered it and have used it for both shrimp and clams and I could not be happier with its performance. Nanobond next?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in need of a 3 quart pan. Instead of a classic saucepan I went for this pot. What a lovely little pot, and the steamer insert is a nice bonus. I generally like my pots with a satin finish, so this was my first of the polished line. The finish is stunning, especially for the pot that can easily go to the table for serving. As usual, clean up is a breeze. Another Hestan winner!

I recently purchased several pieces of Hestan cookware for different applications: the Luxe Polished Stainless Steel and the NanoBond Titanium coated Stainless Steel. Polished Stainless Steel Luxe for the steamer set, the Rondeau for searing & braising and the SS sheet pans for oven use and serving. NanoBond saute pans, saucepans and skillets for non-stick and durable performance. Both Luxe SS and NanoBond perform very well on induction and gas cooktops. I like my cookware to look as good as it performs. It polishes very well using the Hestan cleaner, Barkeeper's Friend, or in the dishwasher. All methods result in a sparkling, like-new appearance. It just depends on your preference. If your dishwasher doesn't perform to your expectations with this cookware, use a rinse-aid which most dishwasher manufacturers recommend. Also, clean the cookware before putting it in the DW for a polished finish. I have finally found the BEST cookware for all my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product and value! This is so pretty and of course top notch Hestan clad construction. I also purchased the double boiler insert to use with this pot making it a 3-in-1 and adore it. The double boiler fits perfectly in this pot and in the steamer insert with lid on top for easy storage. Heston is not cheap to buy but it is not cheaply made and is well worth the investment--plus I got this on holiday sale making it an even sweeter deal! I am slowly adding their products to my kitchen and am so excited to have this gorgeous and very useful piece!
