What it does: Designed for even-heated baking and effortless release, the nonstick pan features an optional insertable rack that circulates air in the oven and removes easily for cooling without the need for a spatula.

Additional features: Ceramic-reinforced coating resists scratches and stains. Large handles are easy to grip with oven mitts. Rounded corners help prevent overbrowning.

Compatible heat sources: Oven safe to 450ºF.

Includes: Baking pan and cooling/baking rack.

Poor quality coating
Have many of the stainless pots and pans from All-Clad and love them. Decided to try some upgraded bakeware and wanted to move away from the brands that don’t hold up. I used the All-Clad non-stick bakeware piece less than 5 times for normal baking. Significant flaking or holes appeared in the coating. I bought cake pans at the same time and have not had any issues, but don’t like the fact that quality is inconsistent.

Love the thickness and the coating, but it bent the second time we used the pan, at a reasonable temperature, this was faster than the cheap pans we bought.

Makes Fantastic Cookie Bars!
