Pro-Release Jelly Roll Pan

I would like to explain the 3 stars. First, I've had this pan for 5 years and it is fabulous. It sells for a great price and cooks and cleans well. a definite go to and deserves 5 stars for that. Then second, a big dissapointment, is the size of the handles. They are 1 3/4 inch each, adding 3 1/2 inches to the total length of the pan, preventing me from putting two pans side by side. I wonder why large handles were a design choice. Another reviewer mentioned how great it was for holiday baking. For my baking, I totally agree for the quality of the pan, but the volume available, not so much.

Love the thickness and the coating, but it bent the second time we used the pan, at a reasonable temperature, this was faster than the cheap pans we bought.

Excellent heavy weight sheets with great release surface

The jelly roll pan is fantastic! It was a game changer for this year’s Christmas baking. It is gorgeous, functional and well priced. My only complaint was that it took quite awhile to receive it.

Excellent value and above expectations for the quality of the construction. Great that the cooling rack nestles neatly into the half sheet pan for storage.

Nice release finish. Convenient size for smaller items.
