love this nightgown!

The light elastic in the back and adjustable straps are appreciated for good fit. The length is great so it doesn’t ride up. It’s made from eco-satin viscose as described on the brand website, not organic cotton as labeled here but otherwise love it.

Very unhappy, not as described

I have always trusted Nordstrom..but not anymore. Bought this 100% Organic cotton shift for my best college friend based on the product description. She took it to Europe and discovered upon washing, it was a lie. 100% Viscose! Three thoughtful letters to customer service and they are sorry, but basically do not care. Even EBay has a performance guarantee on their products. So disillusioned, cannot trust Nordstrom to stand by their products.
