BUYER BEWARE FOR “MARKETPLACE PURCHASES”
I just picked up my top at store and tried it out. Everything was great except the size. I requested a size exchange and the store said they could help me out with that. Upon finishing the exchange, the store said they were unable to match the price that I originally purchased for. I requested a refund instead, since I did not intend to pay for more than my original purchase price. The store requested I call Nordstrom.com to process the refund. Nordstrom.com said they were unable to. Had I known Nordstrom was not shipping to me directly, I might as well have purchased directly through Maje. I’d rather just not purchase via Nordstrom.com ever again to avoid this headache!!!
