Akiyo Front Button Top

I'm disappointed in the quality of this top. While it's made very nicely and I love the bow in the back and the collar, it doesn't have any stretch to it at all. I got this for work so that would've been a plus to stretch a little but it's okay. However, my main concern is the black buttons; they have been peeling off in the wash and turning silver. I don't want to have to sew all new buttons on.
