CRAFT IDEAS FOR SCULPEY PREMO POLYMER CLAY: A creative way to stretch your imagination, Sculpey Premo is perfect for making home decor, holiday ornaments, jewelry and functional items you use every day. After conditioning, Sculpey Premo clays are firm enough to hold fine detail yet soft enough to blend easily. HOW TO SOFTEN: When Sculpey Premo becomes too firm it can be softened using various techniques: Using a clay conditioning machine. Mixing it with clay softener. Combining the clay with softer clay. Using a food processor. Smashing the clay inside a plastic bag using a rolling pin. BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bake at 275 °F (130 °C) for 15 minutes per 1/4 in (6 mm) thickness. Do not microwave. Do not exceed the above temperature or recommended baking time. While crafting - Please make sure your work area is covered and you are not working on an unprotected surface. We recommend working on the Sculpey Tools Oven-Safe Work Mat, wax paper, metal baking sheet, or disposable foil. Uncured clay may damage unprotected furniture or finished surfaces. Be sure to cover your crafting area appropriately. WHILE CRAFTING: Please make sure your work area is covered and you are not working on an unprotected surface.
