Long
I'm 6' tall and I normally wear a large, but I had to go down to a medium because these are so long. These should bunch up around your ankles a bit, the large the entire leg was bunched up. Looked all frumpy. Plenty of given the waist so I didn't have to worry about that but still. When Adidas says "loose" they really mean LONG.
Same with the matching track top. XL fit me like an XL except the sleeves were about 2 inches longer and I could pull the back down far enough to cover my rear if I wanted to.
