sizing is completely off

I was so excited for this dress to wear to a wedding! I usually wear an 6/8. I ordered this dress in a 10! Let me start by saying that this dress is absolutely gorgeous in person! The color is vibrant and the material is comfortable! BUT when I tried it on, it didn’t come CLOSE to zipping in the back! There was atleast a 5 inch space when trying to zip it up! So disappointing! Def returning!
