Unsatisfactory Shipping from KIP (had to order 2x)
The pajama set is really nice quality, but the frustration of ordering this product overshadowed the quality of the product. I ordered this for Christmas with plenty of time , but a couple of days before it got delayed for days after Christmas. Then KIP pulled back the shipment when it reached our home Postoffice. So, I had to reorder and we finally got it 2 weeks later. No explanation or apology from KIP and a “sorry that happened“ from Nordstrom.
I would like to order another set, but the unknowns don’t make it worth it.
