t’s unbelievable to me that Nordstrom is repping these third-party companies that have low quality products and fending them off like a Nordstrom transaction. Virtually every single time I find out a faulty purchase it was a third-party direct. I’m stuck having to deal with going to Federal Express and waiting for weeks for a reimbursement. Or, in this case, I’m completely astounded at a product so-called durable and professional level has snapped! I paid $25 and I could’ve paid $5.99 at the local drugstore and because it didn’t hold up after three months. I’m not allowed to return it? What is that!
