Love this rain jacket!
I love this rain jacket! I bought the same style LONG ago and wore it to death. When I saw you had in stock, I wanted another! Excellent for travel and exercise!

Not waterproof
Not waterproof. Wet out instantly at first wearing. Then I purchased recommended Nikwax products to wash and add DWR, but it did not help. I like the fit and feel of this jacket, but it functions as a windbreaker only.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Women’s PreCip® Eco Pro Rain Jacket. We appreciate your honest feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the jacket didn’t perform as expected in wet conditions. The PreCip® Eco Pro is designed to provide durable, waterproof protection using our 100% seam-taped NanoPro™ laminate, which is engineered to offer advanced breathability and long-lasting weather resistance. That said, how a jacket performs can depend heavily on the conditions and level of exposure, and it’s clear that your experience didn’t meet those expectations. You mentioned using Nikwax products, which is a great step, but if the face fabric has already wetted out significantly, it can sometimes indicate a need for a more thorough reactivation of the DWR (durable water repellent) or, in some rare cases, a warranty-worthy issue with the membrane or seam tape. We’re glad to hear you like the fit and feel of the jacket. It's built to be lightweight, packable, and comfortable for everything from day hikes to travel, but it should still stand up to steady rain. If it’s functioning more like a windbreaker, that’s something we’d definitely want to take a closer look at. If you need our assistance, please reach out to us via https://www.marmot.com/support/contact-us or through LiveChat. We’re available Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Great except a bit short in the front.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great jacket. Only compliant is it is a bit short in the front even on a thin person.

Breathable Rain Jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the comfortable water repellent fabric and the underarm zip, large hand packets. It is breathable and feels sturdier.

Excellent rain jacket and styling for the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife loved receiving this jacket as a gift and it performed wonderfully in the rain in Alaska and the Yukon. It fits her perfectly, too - with room for layers underneath.

Great jacket, small stain when received
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really great jacket I love the color so much and it definitely keeps me dry! There is a small patch of discoloration on the back which was there when it was mailed to me… not a huge problem but not ideal either.
