color mix up and in between sizes
I ordered in the 37.5 and received a gorgeous reddish color but unfortunately my heel slipped in them so I reordered in a size 37 from the same listing a received the brown pair on the right in the pic. The 37 was a bit too tight and I don’t like the color so I’m going to have to return both. Both boxes were marked as “tobacco” but clearly they are different. Nordstrom also only included the shoe dust-bags in one pair which is frustrating. Please be consistent in your product packaging and provide accurate information online!

Smart Investment
This is my first luxury shoe purchase so I was nervous. Now that I have worn my loafers for many months I can say this is one of the smartest purchases I have ever made. They are the most comfortable shoes I have, they have excellent support and I can walk in them all day. I have been through airports, walked for hours sightseeing, and even just throw them on to go to the grocery store. The best part is that they look like new. And every single time I wear them someone stops me to tell me how beautiful these shoes are. Great look but uncomfy!
These look great, but they are not comfortable. I have had a pair for a year, and they are still not broken into. The leather is super stiff.
