Poor operations/fulfilment
Love the Ocean cologne, smells great and have gotten many compliments. Here comes the negative review part which is mainly on the operations/fulfillment side. As part of my purchase I was supposed to get two samples(looking for gift ideas for my wife). When I received my order, only one sample was included. Is it a huge deal, no. But I would expect more from a “high end” company. It’s a pretty simple process
