54mm Cat Eye Sunglasses

I was really looking forward to receiving these as they are worn by some of my favorite bloggers and style icons… but because they are not polarized I just didn't' feel they were actually protecting my eyes. I love the look of them, just wish Prada would have spend the extra money to make them polarized. Great style, but if you are used to polarized lenses, even though these are tinted with gradient lens - they don't block out the sun.

I purchased these online recently and I'm so happy with them! They are cute, classy and perfect for everyday wear, but also go very well if you want to get a bit more fancy, they are Prada! I have a rather large head and round face with high cheekbones, finding hats and sunglasses that fit me the way I like has always been a bit of a challenge, so after reading several reviews on these I decided to go ahead and order them. I was a bit weary ordering them having not tried them on, but my worries were soon gone, they arrived two days after I ordered them (thank you Nordstrom!) and fit me like a glove. I have been wearing them every day since! They come with a box and nice sturdy case that closes magnetically so it protects them when in your purse, and soft lens cleaning cloth. The only thing I would be careful about is bending over or jumping around while they are on top on your head, because of the bigger fit they don't sit as snug.

do not try these on if you are not looking to make a purchase!!! i was just browsing around last weekend, and decided i wanted to try on some sunglasses... i definitely wasnt looking to BUY, since i bought a pair of ray bans last summer. ohhhh boy, as soon as i put these on, i couldnt leave the store without them! they are luxurious and BEAUTIFUL :D

Seriously, obsessed with these glasses! I purchased in the black because I was looking for something that can be versatile for every day but also dressed up when I want it to be. These are amazing, such a great fit, the perfect amount of glam, and just a touch of a cat eye. Also, the gradient lens is super sexy. I love these so much, and seriously for that price?! You can't beat it! Cheaper than any of my Chanel's or Gucci's and they feel more sturdy and made better.

My review is for tortoise with dark green lens. Prada really nailed the elusive (imo!) combination between bold and interesting and understated. These really are large in person, but not cartoon-like. They provide a lot of coverage and they are NOT polarized, which I actually like. The shape is a gradual cat eye. It's not overly dramatic, so nearly every face shape should be able to wear these and be flattered. They seem well made. I wear them on top of my head when I'm indoors, which I know usually stretches out sunglasses, but these haven't gotten wobbly due to this. I live near the beach and am often in direct, strong sun. These really protect my eyes and they provide a lot more side coverage than I was expecting, probably due to the oversized frame. Bottom line: Well made, good price point for nice glasses without being ridiculous. Slightly exaggerated frame looks flattering and casually glamorous and NOT too costume-y or silly.

These really look good on. Fell in love with them. Would love to be wearing them while riding in a convertible.
