Lovely gloss that is not sticky
I purchased two shades- Poolside and Martini directly from her site before she came to Nordstrom. I'm very picky about lip gloss and I was pleasantly surprised by these. They apply beautifully, you don't need a mirror to reapply, the packaging is luxe.. all glass components (except for the applicator). The applicator is really good and it grabs the perfect amount of gloss so you rarely need a second application unless you're really going for some extra shine.
I will note, I read the other comments and someone mentioned that their glosses have a really bad chemical smell and taste.. that is not normal at all. Mine are not like that whatsoever, they have no noticeable scent or taste at all.. and I just applied them right now so I could see if I noticed any discernible odor etc, but they're fine. I hope she returned them and got replacements sent out because they're very lovely (when they haven't expired/gone rancid), and not to mention, they're not cheap either. This brand (and countless others) have fallen for the "clean beauty" standards which is actually far worse for our makeup and skincare (and in turn our bodies) because they go bad far more quickly for a variety of reasons- such as sitting in a warehouse with extreme temperature differences, plus they don't have proper ingredients that keep bacteria from forming and growing in it. And unfortunately I think that is what's happened with hers. I hope she got replacements for them because they really are gorgeous glosses.

Smells Rancid
I bought two of these glosses, Bikini and Bungalow. They’re both beautiful and go on smoothly, however Bikini started to smell funny after a few weeks of using it. So I contacted VB and customer service sent a replacement stating that it shouldn’t have any smell at all. Unfortunately, both the replacement gloss and Bungalow developed a funky smell as well. Something is up with the formulation and it’s too bad because they’re really great glosses and I’d be willing to repurchase despite the price, but not if they’re going to smell the way they did.

Awful Taste
I purchased Posh Gloss lip gloss in Fizz and Bikini and both had an awful taste so much that I avoid wearing them. I have not read any other reviews stating this chemical rancid taste, but this is my first VB cosmetic purchase so I don't know if this is usually the way the gloss tastes?....The taste stays in your mouth too and has a weird linger....it is a real yuck!!! The packaging, while beautiful, is quite heavy and adds weight to a smaller clutch or bag. One thing I noticed about Fizz though is that the pigment in the gloss has longevity, more so than all my other glosses. Maybe this is why the gloss has that yucky taste?

Nordstrom edits the colors too much, more subtle
I purchased Poolside and Aperitivo.
I bought it through Nordstrom as the VB website has no pictures, at this time, of models wearing the colors. It makes no sense. Nordstrom has model photos but the gloss is edited too much making it look like it is more pigmented than it is. Aperitivo is the warm rose that it states but it is not that vibrant of a color. It is there and you will notice the color but does not look like the photos.
Poolside, if you are brown or black, is a clear color with a hint of brown but I don’t think you will see it. It does not look like the photos which is what I was hoping to have. Now even though I wasn’t happy about the pictures/color. I love the formula. I also use Fenty’s Gloss Bomb Lip Luminizer in Hot chocolit. I love that brown color which shows up way more on me than Poolside but I hate the formula as it has a tacky feel as well as a weird smell/taste that reminds me of medicine. Posh Gloss to me is the best formula but I wish Poolside had more color. It is thick, glides on your lips and stays there. No weird smell or taste either. I may try the Martini to see if it has a tad bit more color. I still would use Poolside and Aperitivo despite the more translucent color but Poolside would just be a clear for me. I would wear Aperitivo when I am going for a coral/pink look. I think it’ll highlight the color without overpowering.

Love this lip gloss
I have a lot of VB’s products and most of the times, they are just ok. Nothing wrong with them, but they would never make it to my all time favorites list. However, these lip gloss are amazing! Definitely top 5! I got the Fizz shade and it can be applied on so many lipstick shade to give them a little extra pop. On its own, you lips get a pop of color. In terms of formula, it is moisturizing, shiny, but not sticky. When the gloss wears off , your lips are still soft!

Beautiful texture
Had read lots of good reviews but I can beet quite particular with glosses. I purchased shade Bungalow, I’m olive skinned with dark hair and found that it added a perfect amount of natural rosiness without any intensity. The texture is beautiful, smooth and not sticky at all. Looking forward to trying other shades!

So chic
Aperitivo is a gorgeous pink for the girls that don’t love pink. It’s in between berry and Mauvey tone, and lovely with a dark brown lipliner. I never have very high hopes for the staying power of a gloss, but this leaves a lovely tint behind all day. The packaging is also very high quality and I love the applicator.
