Everyday Neoprene Tote

I wish I could give zero starts-do not purchase this bag! There is clearly some sort of scam going on with this company, and unfortunately, while very unlike them, Nordstrom doesn't seem to care. I purchased this bag on 3/12 and still have not received it. When I chatted with customer service after a week and told them that my package wasn't tracking and seemed lost, the only thing they told me is that I was wrong and that it would arrive and there was nothing they could do. This is despite the tracking number showing that UPS never received it after a week. When a supervisor came on, they said they would look into it and have another one sent out to me or issue a refund. Three days later I heard back Nordstrom saying they were hoping a new bag would be sent out. Another two days later, they told me the company sent out a new one. They sent me a tracking number that took several days to start tracking and STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. Every time I check the tracking number the delivery date is later and later. I reached back out to customer service earlier this week to share this and their response was, "yeah sorry, we appreciate your patience." I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer for at least ten years and have always raved that one of the reasons I love shopping with them is because of their amazing customer service. I understand that sometimes things happen, but there is obviously something off here, and I could not be more disappointed in the complete disregard that this company (where it ships directly from) and Nordstrom seem to have for the situation. Unfortunately it looks like I am moving on to disputing this with my credit card company. Save yourself the headache and choose something else.

Go buy the Walmart version. Looks exactly the same for $24.99 and better quality.

Not worth the price. I’ve had other neoprene bags that were better quality/ size. The top doesn’t button closed, it latched so the bag doesn’t fully close. The side button placement is weird. I thought it would be decent quality since it’s from Nordstrom but I was wrong

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing this tote bag from Nordstrom. I placed my order on July 30, and I was specifically told that it would be ready by August 8. It is now August 12, and I still have not received my order. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of accurate communication. I have repeatedly called the store for updates, and every time I am given the same vague response that the item is “in transit” or “out for delivery.” I have been told multiple times to simply wait until the following day, only to call back the next day and receive the exact same excuse. This is completely unacceptable. If an item is delayed, customers deserve an honest and accurate update—not to be repeatedly told that it will arrive “tomorrow” when there is clearly no reliable information available. I would strongly advise DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM unless you are prepared to deal with unnecessary delays, poor communication, and extremely frustrating customer service. Nordstrom needs to do a much better job of keeping customers informed and honoring the delivery expectations they provide.
