I am beyond confused..

The price is outrageous for the quality. This is a Home goods pillow at best.. what am I missing? And to top it off, color wasn't even a pretty soft neutral, but rather a diarrhea brown.

I was very happy with the color But was disappointed when soon after I bought 4 one of the pillows lost 2 tassels and a spot didn’t come off when I spot cleaned it The velvet didn’t come back to its original form Very disappointed in the quality hence the price
