Packaging

For quality for products there’s no complain but I paid extra gift packaging. They just put wrinkled paper and put it in box but no bow nothing the holde the box so if u give it for gift the box is open ??? like it couldn’t close it nicely? I don’t understand what kind of math working if the box not closing nicely why do I need gift packaging?

Nice sweater, poor shipping

Sweater was obviously a return that was sent back out. It arrived unfolded in a generic plastic grocery bag with no packaging from Nordstrom or Ralph Lauren. Leather pull on the zipper was damaged. Immediately submitted a return.
