Mercerized Cotton Pajama Shorts

I have worn Polo Supreme Comfort sleep shorts for at least 15 years. They were discontinued and, presumably, replaced with this awful product. The waistband feels like i am wearing gym shorts - tight and not soft. I really hate when a manufacturer takes a staple like the sleep shorts and messes with the design for seemingly no reason. There are plenty of options for gym shorts -- nobody wants to sleep in them!

I typically purchase a few pairs for my husband every year at Christmas and they’re one of his favorite staples. I have no idea why they changed these from the old Ralph Lauren sleep shorts, but the updated version is terrible. They’re uncomfortable, heavy, and pick up any kind of lint, hair, etc. RL is usually so great at basics, but they need to go back to the previous version of these.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Should not be labeled pajama shorts. I bought 4 of these thinking they were Polo Supreme Comfort sleep shorts. They were discontinued and replaced with this awful product. It feels hot on me and so uncomfortable to sleep in. I luckily returned 3 and kept 1 hoping after washing it would soften up. Not the case as it is still heavy and also attracts so much lint. BRING BACK THE POLO SUPREMES!!!
