51mm Round Sunglasses

I ordered these for my husband for Christmas and they came in a Ray Band case. I contacted support to see if they could send me the correct case and was told " They may have just pulled one from a different brand. We are not able to just send out a new case." I questioned this and said I expected a higher level of care and service when ordering from Nordstrom (frankly, this is below Amazon level service) and the "Manager" said there was nothing they could do and terminated the chat. I hope someone from Nordstrom sees this and looks into the service I received today. As a long time, loyal customer, I expect BASIC service, like not being sent random items and then having the the customer service team be extremely rude when I'm just tryin to get the correct item I paid for.
