These are the best navy, black, gray socks for comfort. Here are the reasons:
THEY DONT CAUSE STATIC OR GRIP WOOL PANTS.
THEY STAY UP FAIRLY WELL
THEY ARE NOT TOO THICK OR TOO THIN.

Poor after first wash
I liked these socks the first time I wear them, but after the first wash the elastic top got loose and you have to lift them and adjust them now and then. It's really a shame that they got loose after the first wash only!

Dress socks, not "Crew" socks
These are well made but I interpret "crew" socks to indicate a thicker sock of the type one might wear in sports shoes. These socks are properly "dress" socks, that is a thinner weave designed to be worn with dress shoes.

Comfortable socks
I had purchased these socks for my husband. I was very happy that he liked them and the colors of the socks. His only complaint was that he wishes they were 100% cotton. That is why I didn't give them 5 stars

They are very comfy ribbed socks and not your ordinary athletic socks. Work great with a pair of dress boots as the ribbing makes them thicker and reduces the discomfort of wearing boots all day.
