Very Nice but big

This is a beautiful raincoat in the green. I bought the 3X because I need a little extra room for my bust and I like raincoats to be a bit looser. I unfortunately had to return it because it was absolutely gigantic…..could size down 2 sizes. I ended up buying a different raincoat, but I wish I could have kept it.
